Organic Kombu Seaweed
Ingredients: Seaweed, Atlantic wild dehydrated organic (Laminaria).
Typically used to cook with legumes because it makes the fibres more soft and digestible. Contains acid glutámico that makes the vegetables more tender, and their use can decrease the consumption of salt.
Selected in the waters, the cleanest of the coast of the Atlantic Ocean and dehydrated at low temperatures may contain traces of crustaceans
Usage tips: Cook along with lentils, grain or beans. Can be added to soups, sautéed vegetables, stews or pies. You can soak about 30 minutes before, or just toast (without soaking), in the oven for about 5 minutes at 200ºC.
May notice a white patches on algae, are their own salts that act as a natural preservative.
