Ingredients: Wild Atlantic Algae Dehydrated Biological (Laminaria).
Typically cooked with vegetables because Kombu Algae makes their fibers softer and more digestible. Contains glutamic acid that makes the vegetables more tender and their use can decrease the salt consumption.
Selected in the cleanest waters off the coast of the Atlantic Ocean and dehydrated at low temperatures, may contain traces of crustaceans
Suggested Use: Bake along with lentils, beans or beans. It can be added to soups, sautéed vegetables, stews or pies. You can soak about 30 minutes before or just toast (without soaking), in the oven for about 5 minutes at 200ºC.
White spots on the algae may be noted, it is their own salts that act as a natural preservative.
