What is Rue Herbal Tea good for

How to prepare the Rue Herbal Tea: Put 1 teaspoon of Rue in a pot of 240ml of boiled water. Cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain and allow cooling before drinking. For best results, practice a healthy lifestyle.
