- 1 tablespoon of Passion Flower (5g)
- 1 teaspoon of Linden Leaves (2g)
- 1 teaspoon of Peppermint Leaves (1g)

Preparation:
- Bring 300ml of water to a boil in a kettle.
- Place all herbs in a teapot.
- Pour the hot water over the herbs.
