1. Delivery Timeframes
Mainland Portugal:
- MRW - Economy: 2 to 3 business days
- MRW - Urgent: 1 business day
- CTT Express: 1 business day
- DPD Express: 1 business day
- DPD Pickup: 2 business days
Madeira and Azores:
- Registered Mail Islands: 5 to 7 business days
- CTT Express: 2 to 3 business days
Europe:
- Registered Mail: 10 to 15 business days
- Correos Expreso: 2 to 3 business days
- UPS Economy: 4 to 7 business days
- DPD Europe: 4 to 7 business days
- DHL Express: 1 to 2 business days
Rest of the World:
- International Registered Mail: 15 to 20 business days
- DHL Express (Asia, Pacific, Africa, North and South America): 2 to 5 business days
Note: Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
2. Delivery Attempts and Pickup
We will send the products to the delivery address provided in your personal data form.
All orders include at least one delivery attempt at the indicated address.
If the recipient is absent, a postal notice will be left for pickup at the post office or the carrier's collection point.
Pickup deadline: 5 business days after the notice is issued.
Orders not picked up within the deadline will be returned to our company. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Costs
Mainland Portugal:
- Free delivery for purchases over €39.00
- MRW Economy: from €3.99
- MRW Urgent: from €4.50
- DPD Pickup Point: from €3.99
- DPD Home Delivery: from €4.50
Madeira and Azores:
- Registered Mail Islands: variable rates depending on weight (check at checkout).
- CTT Express: variable rates (check at checkout).
Peninsular Spain:
- Free delivery for purchases over €39.00
- MRW Economy: from €3.50
- Correos Expreso: from €4.99
- Cash on Delivery Fee: an additional charge of €1.50 to €2.00 for orders to Mainland Portugal and Spain.
We do not ship cash on delivery orders under €15.00
5. Exchanges and Returns
The deadline for returns or complaints is 14 business days from the delivery date.
Customer responsibility:
- Return shipping costs if the reason is the customer's fault.
- Products damaged by misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
Company responsibility:
- Return shipping costs when the fault lies with the company.
Conditions for acceptance of returns:
- Sealed products, no signs of use, and original packaging intact.
6. Right to Cancel
The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days after delivery. To exercise this right, please contact us with your order number via the following methods:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Prices and Information
All prices include VAT at the current legal rate.
Price changes, shipping costs, or carriers may be made without prior notice, but they will not affect completed purchases.
