Psyllium Husk Infusion (Plantago ovata)

Preparation:

  1. Boil 250ml of water in a kettle.
  2. Place the Lemon Balm, Peppermint, and Chamomile in a teapot or mug.
  3. Pour the hot water over the herbs and steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the herbs and when the water is warm (not hot), add the Psyllium.
  5. Stir quickly and drink immediately, before it thickens too much.
