Yarrow Herbal Tea
Yarrow is a medicinal and herbaceous plant native to Europe and Asia that contains the following properties: analgesic, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, stimulating, hydrating and digestive. Achillea was named after Achilles because she helped treat wounds in soldiers during the war.
Ingredients: 100% Yarrow, plant (Achillea milefollium).

Typically, some constituents of yarrow are harvested for different needs, from roots to leaves and flowers. Yarrow leaves are often used in tea preparation. Yarrow tea is used to ease digestion and fight circulatory problems. In addition, it acts to reduce fever, even as the symptoms of flu and colds.

Recommended quantity: two cups daily. The maximum consumption of yarrow tea should be 20 days on maximum with 7 days intervals between them. Yarrow tea is an excellent option to drink on the coldest days and the hottest days as a refreshment.
Preparation: Place 15g of yarrow leaves in a liter of boiled water. Cover the container and let it act for 10 minutes. Finally, strain, and the tea is ready to drink.
