Yarrow Herbal Tea
Yarrow is a medicinal and herbaceous plant native to Europe and Asia that contains the following properties: analgesic, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, stimulating, hydrating and digestive. Achillea was named after Achilles because she helped treat wounds in soldiers during the war.

Recommended quantity: two cups daily. The maximum consumption of yarrow tea should be 20 days on maximum with 7 days intervals between them. Yarrow tea is an excellent option to drink on the coldest days and the hottest days as a refreshment.
Preparation: Place 15g of yarrow leaves in a liter of boiled water. Cover the container and let it act for 10 minutes. Finally, strain, and the tea is ready to drink.
