Chocolate Mint Black Tea – After Eight

Ingredients: 72% Black Tea (Camellia sinensis), peppermint, chocolate chips, cocoa husks, white chocolate flakes (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin), white cornflower petals, rose petals with natural aromas of chocolate and mint.

Black Tea is a tea created from the oldest leaves of one of the shrubs of the Camellia Sinensis species. However, Black Tea has the highest percentage of oxidation. This difference will make its flavour more intense compared to other teas from the same species. After harvesting, the leaves undergo an osmosis process that lasts a maximum of 20 hours. Finally, they are rolled manually or by machines. At this stage, Black Tea will begin its oxidation process to obtain its unique colour and flavour characteristics. When oxidized, the leaves will go to natural drying for later consumption.

Regarding its properties, Black Tea can help reduce the feeling of fatigue, weight loss, good digestion and metabolism regulation. Black Tea is considered an excellent natural stimulant due to the strong presence of caffeine in its composition. For this reason, drinking Black Tea should be moderated because he has power over body energy, especially when taken close to bedtime. That's why it's a good option for those who want to be focused on their daily activity.

Scientifically called “Centaurea cyanus”, the cornflower is an annual herbaceous plant of the Asteraceae and Compositae family that develops a flower 2 to 3 centimetres in diameter. Part of its production takes place on vacant or poorly worked land in regions of the European and Asian continents. Able to reach more than one meter in height, this plant prefers breeding in corn, wheat, and barley production fields.
