Scientifically called “Eleutherococcus senticosus”, Siberian Ginseng is a popular plant for medicinal use. It is recognized for its contribution to increasing body energy, improving cognitive activity and strengthening defences, being one of the most recommended teas for people who have allergies. It is so beneficial that even Russian cosmonauts feed on rations based on Siberian Ginseng as an auxiliary method for air conditioning in outer space. In addition, it is used by athletes, deep-sea divers, high-risk professionals and people who perform activities whose tension always needs control.

Regarding its sexual health benefits, Siberian Ginseng may contribute to male and female hormonal regulation. This action will promote the improvement of erection in men and the increase of sexual desire in women. It can also help fight infertility, tiredness, sexual impotence and poor blood circulation. It is one of the teas indicated for the auxiliary treatment of atherosclerosis, neurasthenia, bronchitis, and flu. It may also contribute to reducing stress, increasing body resistance and relieving the side effects of chemotherapy.

According to Russian researchers, Siberian Ginseng may contribute to increasing labour productivity.

Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 5 minutes

Recommended quantity: 2 to 4 cups during the day.

Preparation: Place a tablespoon of Siberian Ginseng root in a container with one litre (1L) of cold water. Then bring it to a boil until it boils. After boiling, remove and cover the container. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

Store in a cool (max. 20º) and dry place (max. 60% humidity).

Gostei do facto de o envio não ter levado praticamente tempo nenhum. Em relação ao chá, vinha bastante bem embalado, só é um pouco difícil de beber sem açúcar mas faço um esforço para obter melhores resultados. Também adorei o facto de vir toda a informação no pacote do chá, as dosagens por litro e como fazer. Com certeza encomendarei mais em breve, muito obrigada
