Spearmint (Mentha spicata) is a plant species of the Lamiaceae family native to Europe, the Mediterranean region, Asia and Africa. Today, it is very popular in soups, refreshments, and salads. Recommended quantity: Approx. 1 tablespoon of Spearmint per 1L (1000ml) of water.

How to prepare: place 1 tablespoon of Spearmint in a pan with boiled water. Cover and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, strain and allow to cool slightly before drinking.
