One of the main ingredients:
Lime – Limes are the intensive-sourish relatives of lemons. They were brought to Southern Europe in the Middle Ages by the Crusaders. Their fruit pulp is so sour that the green citrus fruits are usually not eaten in their natural state, but serve as a refreshing ingredient in beverages and foods.
Ingredients: liquorice, lime, spearmint, peppermint, cardamom, dried lemon juice, turmeric root, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper.
Contains liquorice – people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

Brewing Suggestions:
Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water (100º) over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavour.
Simple Yoga to Refresh Yourself:
Sit straight. Create hooks with your hands and then lock them together at chest level. Keep lower arms parallel to ground, twist upper body and head first to the left, then to the right. Inhale as you turn to left, exhale as you turn to right. 1-3 minutes.
