Recommended quantity: Approx. 2grs / cup.
Dosage: Drink 2 to 3 cups a day between meals.
How to prepare the Rosemary Tea: one tablespoon of Rosemary Leaves in 500ml of boiled water. Cover it and let it infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally, strain and let it cool down a little before drinking.

Infusion with Rosemary, Leaves
Predominant Flavour: Strong, aromatic and camphoraceous
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Rosemary, Leaves (5g)
- 1 teaspoon of Peppermint, Leaves (2g)
- 1 teaspoon of Lavender, Flowers (1g)
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Preparation:
- Bring 500ml of water to a boil.
- Place the Rosemary leaves, Peppermint, and Lavender in a teapot or heat-resistant container.
- Pour the boiling water over the herbs.
- Cover and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain and serve, sweetening with honey if desired.
