Ingredients: White Willow (Salix alba L.), Ash (Fraxinus angustifólia L.), Oregano (Origanum vulgare L.), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), Avoadinha (Conyza canadensis L.) e Bay (Laurus nobilis L.).
White Willow – is an ancient plant popularly recognized for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. For thousands of years, white willow bark has been used as an infusion as a natural method of relieving pain and fever. According to historical records, this analgesic plant may have existed for 500 years BC. Native to Asia, Europe and North America, the genus Salix contains 400 species. In addition to being used in Greco-Roman antiquity as a natural analgesic, white willow bark assumed great importance in indigenous culture. These are used for rheumatism and chills.
White willow bark contains salicylic acid, a chemical compound also found in aspirin. In addition, it is a short-lived plant that depends on moist soils. Hence, its easy development near lakes or rivers. White willow is not only good for humans, but also animals. Did you know that this tree is essential for the survival of butterflies and bees? Although it is a little discussed function, the fact is that Salix alba has nutritional potential for the survival of more than 200 species of insects.

Ash – The Ash is a tree with tough leaves of the Oleaceae family, common in Portugal, along the banks of rivers. Although it tolerates different soils, the Ash is a plant that needs to be near water. Water temperature: 100º
Infusion time: 5 to 10 minutes.
Recommended quantity: 3 to 4 cups a day, any hour.
Preparation: Place in a container, 2 tablespoons in one litter (1L) of boiled water. Then cover it and let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, filter, and you can consume, hot or cold.
Store in a cool (max. 20º) and dry (max. 60% humidity) place.
