Infusion of medicinal plants to lower blood pressure.
Ingredients: Crataegus (apples), Olive (leaves), Rosemary (leaves), Lavender (flower), Periwinkle (plant), Elderberry (peel).
Method of Preparation: 1 sachet per cup of freshly boiled water (200ml). It is advisable to take 2 cups to main meals.
For a more effective result it is advised to drink tea for at least 30 days.
Contraindications: should not be consumed by pregnant women, infants and people with hypotension (low blood pressure).
