Dosage: Drink 2 to 3 cups daily, 30 minutes before meals.

How to prepare the Milk Thistle Herbal Tea: place one teaspoon of Milk Thistle in a pot of 240ml of boiled water. Cover the pan and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Finally, strain and allow cooling a little before drinking. For best results, practice a healthy lifestyle.
