Water Temperature: 90-100°C
Infusion Time: 5 to 10 minutes

Infusion with Barberry Bark (Berberis vulgaris L.)
Predominant Flavour: Intensely bitter with earthy and astringent notes
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Barberry Bark (2g)
- 1 teaspoon Elderflower (1g)
- 1 teaspoon Licorice Root (1g)
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Peel (0.5g)
Preparation:
- Place the Barberry Bark in 250ml of cold water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 6 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add Elderflower, Licorice Root, and Lemon Peel.
- Cover and let steep for 7 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
