The Amora Miura known as “Morus nigra L.” (scientific term) is commonly used to treat diabetes, kidney stones, toothache, bleeding, oral inflammation, skin rashes, and to cleanse the bladder. The consumption of mulberry leaf tea is recommended for the treatment of acute diarrhea. This action in the regulation of intestinal transit combats the worsening of symptoms. This medicinal tea has 22 times more calcium than milk and has essential nutrients such as iron, vitamin B, manganese, fiber, magnesium, protein, and zinc.

One of the first benefits is its action in the relief of menstrual and menopause symptoms. Its contribution has proved to be essential in reducing menstrual cramps, headaches, vaginal dryness, blood flow, chills, joint pain, irritation, nervousness, and insomnia, among others. Finally, strain, and you can consume it immediately, cold or hot. In the case of inflammation in the throat, it is recommended to consume this tea at a cold temperature.
