Ginger – With more than 5000 years of existence, ginger is produced on a large scale in countries with tropical or subtropical climates such as India, China, Indonesia, and Fiji. This herbaceous plant grows easily in fertile, water-rich soils. Ginger was once considered one of the most expensive commodities. In such a way, only one kilo of this product had the same monetary value as a sheep.
Ginger is often used to treat inflammation and infections. Its use can help fight indisposition, throat irritation, heartburn, hypertension, reflux, breath, menstrual cramps, and loss of appetite. It can also promote the relief of muscle pain and body nutrition.
Chamomile – is a herbaceous, annual, aromatic and medicinal plant of the Asteraceae family. Sacred in German and Egyptian cultures, Matricaria Recutita contains anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-allergic, healing and analgesic properties. The name most used in its identification is “Chamomile of the Germans” because the German People very admire it. It is heavily used for gastrointestinal inflammation, colic, indigestion, morning sickness, fever, and headaches. Externally, it can contribute to the relief and treatment of eczema.
This herbal tea can be a good option for children who suffer from hyperactivity or excessive nervousness. Chamomile flowers are known to help regulate sleep and strengthen the immune system.
Cinnamon – This is a woody, warm-tasting spice originating in Sri Lanka, deep in the south of the Asian continent. It was through maritime and land discoveries that cinnamon spread to various regions of the world. Cinnamon is a classic spice known for the rapid transmission of positive energies through its intense aroma when used in the preparation of teas and culinary dishes. When used sustainably, it can take up to 20 years for cinnamon to develop a number of its oils. Its spicy flavour is close to that of cloves.
Cinnamon must have been recorded for the first time in Ancient Egypt. Know that the lighter the bark of the cinnamon stick, the better its quality. Scientifically called “Cinnamomum zeylacium”, cinnamon comes from the trunk of the cinnamon tree. Between the 14th and 16th centuries, there was a range of spices that would have been used as a trade currency for various purposes.

Infusion time: 5 to 7 minutes.
Recommended quantity: 2 teaspoons per person. Approximately 4 g/cup.
Preparation: Place 2 teaspoons in 250 ml of boiled water in a container. Then cover it and let it infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally, strain and you can consume this tea, hot or cold.
Store in a cool (max. 20º) and dry place (max. 60% humidity).
