Sacred in German and Egyptian cultures, Matricaria Recutita contains anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-allergic, healing and analgesic properties. Infusion time: 5 to 7 minutes.
Recommended quantity: 2 teaspoons per person. Approximately 4 g/cup.
Preparation: Place 2 teaspoons in 250 ml of boiled water in a container. Then cover it and let it infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally, strain and you can consume this tea, hot or cold.
Store in a cool (max. 20º) and dry place (max. 60% humidity).
