What is Senna Herbal Tea good for
Senna Herbal Tea is recommended for gastrointestinal problems, specifically constipation. In addition to balancing the intestinal flora, it may help relieve cramps, headaches, and symptoms caused by joint inflammation.
Originally from Tropical Asia, Senna is a small plant belonging to the Fabaceae family. It is a legume with highly laxative properties, so it's recommended for constipation and the elimination of intestinal gases. It's also consumed to reduce appetite and improve intestinal flora. This property was discovered in the 9th century by the Arabs. However, its use only took place after the Renaissance. The expansion of the Senna will have started in the Middle East to North Africa.

Infusion time: 5 to 10 minutes.
Recommended quantity: 1 dessert spoon of Senna leaves per cup of tea (240ml).
Dosage: It is recommended to consume 3 cups a day, in between each meal, for two weeks.
How to make the Senna Herbal Tea: place one dessert spoon of Senna leaves in 240ml of boiled water. Cover and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, drain and let it cool down a little before consuming.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
