Originally from Tropical Asia, Senna is a small plant belonging to the Fabaceae family. How to make the Senna Herbal Tea: place one dessert spoon of Senna leaves in 240ml of boiled water. Cover and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, drain and let it cool down a little before consuming.
