Organic Dulse Seaweed

Ingredients: 100% Seaweed, Dulse (organic Palmaria coral).

Already known by the ancient Celts, it gives colour and makes the salads and dishes more attractive even without dewater prior. By its delicate flavour and aroma, is one of the algae most likely to enjoy raw or in soups.

Selected in the waters, the cleanest of the coast of the Atlantic Ocean and dehydrated at low temperatures and may contain traces of crustaceans.

Suggestions for use: Cut the seaweed, let it soak for about 2 minutes and use in salads, soups, pasta. Can also be cooked 10-20 minutes in stews, fried, stews, or pizza.

May notice white patches on algae are their own salts that act as a natural preservative.
