- 1 teaspoon of Spearmint Leaves (1g)
- 1 teaspoon of Liquorice Root (1g)

- Place the green coffee beans in a pot with 300 ml of cold water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the spearmint and liquorice root, and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
