What is Graviola Tea good for

Graviola Tea is recommended for relieving fever, controlling blood pressure, treating nasal congestion (stuffy nose), and strengthening the joints. Graviola (Annona muricata) is a small-sized plant native to Central America well known for its fruit. Although it is common in South America, Graviola grows easily in other tropical and subtropical countries in Africa and Asia. This plant in the wild can reach a height of 6 meters as it does in the Caribbean. Graviola fruit is rich in essential nutrients, mainly mineral salts such as calcium, iron, and phosphorus. Currently, the largest producers of Graviola are Mexico, Brazil, and Venezuela.

Graviola leaves are used by traditional healers to treat liver diseases, among others.

Infusion time: 5 to 10 minutes.

Recommended quantity: Approx. 1 teaspoon of soursop leaves per cup (240ml) or 4 tablespoons per 1 L (1000ml) of tea.

Dosage: 2 to 4 cups of tea per day, after meals.

How to prepare Graviola Tea: put in a pot 1 teaspoon of graviola leaves in 240ml of boiled water. Cover the pan and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, strain and leave to cool a little before drinking. For best results, practice a healthy lifestyle.
