Moringa's main benefits:
The high Vitamin C content makes this tea an excellent ally for the immune system. Known for its cardiovascular health benefits, it works as a natural anti-inflammatory, especially with arthritis and arthrosis. Its positive effect on the body's metabolism also makes it an aid to weight loss and the proper functioning of the kidneys and liver, as well as aiding the digestive process. Taken daily, it helps maintain good vision and general brain function, as well as increasing collagen production – which is essential for beautiful skin.
