What is Galanga Tea good for

Galanga Tea is recommended for improving digestion, balancing the intestinal flora, and strengthening the immune system. Galanga Root is highly beneficial for the treatment of urinary diseases such as cystitis. Furthermore, Galanga Tea acts as a nervous and sexual stimulant, simultaneously improving the performance of cognitive functions. This medicinal tea has a high diuretic potential, beneficial for inhibiting fluid retention. You can also take it to stimulate blood circulation.

Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 5 to 10 minutes.

Recommended quantity: Approximately 3 to 4 Galanga root pieces for every 500ml of water, equivalent to 2 cups of tea.

Dosage: 1 cup in the morning and another in the evening.

How to make Galanga Tea: put 3 to 4 pieces of Galanga root in 500ml of boiled water. Cover it and leave it to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, strain and leave to cool a little before drinking. For best results, practice a healthy lifestyle.
