Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 10 to 15 minutes.

Recommended quantity: 3 cups a day. It is recommended to take 1 cup in the morning and the other 2 in the evening. You can choose to drink 2 cups during the day, leaving the last cup for the night.

Preparation: Place two tablespoons of litter (1L) of boiled water in a container. Then cover it and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, strain and you can consume your medicinal herbal tea, hot or cold.

Store in a cool (max. 20º) and dry place (max. 60% humidity).

Treatment times:

90 g = +/- 15 days;

200 g = 30 days (1 month);

400 g = 60 days (2 months);

1 kg = +/- 150 days (5 to 6 months).

Warnings: Not to be consumed by pregnant women and breastfeeding women. Its excessive use can cause gastric and intestinal discomfort. For effective results, it is recommended to practice a healthy lifestyle.
