Oat Tea: how to prepare
Bring 500ml of water to the boil in a pan. Remove from the heat and add 2 tablespoons of oats. Cover the pan and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Finally, strain and allow cooling a little before drinking. If you prefer, you can sweeten the tea a little with honey or sugar.
It is recommended to drink Oat Tea about 2 to 3 times a day. Preferably drink it in the morning, before breakfast, and at snacks.
If you have high cholesterol, one cup of this tea on an empty stomach will be enough to reduce it.
