Yellow tea “Huángcha”

Yellow Tea is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory option from the beautiful Camellia sinensis family. Due to limited production, Yellow Tea is considered a rare tea of exclusively Chinese origin. Part of this exclusivity is also due to the harvesting process, which requires a great deal of experience and wisdom on the part of the tea pickers.

Ingredients: 100% Yellow Tea (Camellia sinensis).

What is Yellow Tea?

Yellow Tea is extracted from the Camellia sinensis plant, the same plant that produces Green Tea, White Tea, Black Tea, Oolong tea, and Pu Erh. The distinction is made through harvest time, fermentation, colour, and flavour. Compared to Green Tea, Yellow Tea can be even more powerful and in terms of taste slightly milder. With a much slower drying process than any other type of tea, it preserves all the properties of its leaves, becoming an authentic antioxidant. Ideal for those who want to lose weight.

This powerful tea has a high percentage of gallic acid, the famous ally of the liver. This compound, by protecting the body against harmful substances, helps to prevent the appearance of diseases. The slow fermentation is the result of the high concentration of polyphenols.

Gosto da kombucha feita com este chá

Acho este chá excelente. Uso principalmente para fazer kombucha. Fica delicioso e pouco avinagrado. Depois do chá vermelho é deste que mais gosto para a fazer. Também faço com o branco e o verde. Com o preto é raro por causa de ter mais cafeína.
