What is Burdock Root Tea good for

Burdock Root Tea is used to treat gastrointestinal and skin problems. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory ally with a soothing potential that relieves symptoms caused by indigestion, constipation, gastritis, and renal colic. In addition to promoting the proper functioning of the gallbladder, Burdock Root Tea can contribute to the reduction of accumulated fluids in the body (fluid retention). It acts as a liver detox tea.

Other therapeutic uses: stomach ache, acne, eczema, cellulite, cirrhosis, diabetes, arthritis, uric acid, bronchitis, kidney stones, insomnia, anxiety, and insect bites.

Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 5 to 10 minutes.

Recommended quantity: Approx. 1 teaspoon Burdock per cup (240ml). For 1L (1000ml) of tea, apply 2 tablespoons.

Dosage: Drink 2 to 3 cups a day.

How to prepare Burdock Root Tea: put in pot 1 teaspoon of Burdock in 240ml of boiled water. Cover it and let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, strain and allow cooling a little before drinking. For best results, practice a healthy lifestyle.

Burdock Root Tea for stomach problems: Put 3 tablespoons of Burdock Root in a pot with 1 litre (1000ml) of cold water and bring to a boil. After boiling, remove from heat, strain and allow cooling slightly before drinking.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
