Tea recipes for autumn

Pumpkin and spices tea:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- small pieces of pumpkin
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger fibre
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 /2 teaspoon rooibos
Directions:
- Place the ingredients in a tea bag, except for the pumpkin, and close using a teeli click.
- Add the hot water and the pumpkin pieces to the bag.
- Add honey or sugar to taste and serve.
Apple and cinnamon tea:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- apple pieces
- 1 cinnamon stick
Directions:
- Place the ingredients in a tea bag and close using a teeli click.
- Add the hot water to the bag.
- Add honey or sugar to taste and serve.

Chai:
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of black tea
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Directions:
- Place the ingredients in a tea bag and close using a teeli click.

- Add honey or sugar to taste and serve.

Ginger and orange tea:
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon ginger root
- orange peel
- 3-4 teaspoons of black tea
- 1 star aniseed
Directions:

- Add honey or sugar to taste and serve.
