Curiosities:
Orange Blossoms — according to historical accounts, the first orange trees appeared in India over 7000 years ago. It must have been in the 10th century that the first orange trees were produced for medicinal purposes in China. They contain therapeutic properties that can help fight insomnia, and even relieve migraines and menstrual cramps. In addition, they can promote a good mood.
Passion fruit — although its origin is unknown, it is suspected that the first passion fruit production began in the Amazon region of Brazil. Around 1700, this tropical fruit acquired the name passion fruit through Jesuit missionaries after their arrival on the American continent. In antiquity, passion fruit was used as a natural sedative because it contains passionflower in its composition. Of the 150 species of passion fruit from Brazil, 60 of them are edible and contain the substance passiflorine.
Passion fruit belongs to the genus “passiflora edulis” of the Passifloraceae family. This fruit contains high nutritional content, mainly vitamins and minerals. Passion fruit grows in countries with tropical and subtropical climates, including Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Kenya, Australia, and India.
As for its properties, passion fruit may contribute to strengthening defences and muscle relaxation. In addition, it can promote good digestion, cholesterol, and anxiety reduction. It can also treat insomnia and anaemia.

In addition to being able to drink our tea always warm, learn how to prepare your tea cold:
Put two tablespoons of tea in 1.5L of boiled water, let it cool, and then put it in the fridge. If you want to add sugar to your tea, you should do so while it is hot. For a healthier option, add 1 dessert spoon of Stevia (don't steep the stevia for longer than 3 minutes or your drink will be too sweet). This way, you get a wonderful ICE TEA without any added sugars or artificial additives.
