In addition, it may contribute to reducing cholesterol through its action to eliminate harmful toxins in the body.
Rosehips - during the 2nd World War, the military ingested the fruits of the rosehips as a natural way to obtain vitamin C. This is because these fruits contain a high amount of this vitamin, essential for strengthening the defences. Thus, they would be able to maintain immune system resistance in the face of the circumstances of the conflict. In addition to this function, vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, allowing, at the same time, the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, skin, gums, and teeth. And also in the protection of cells against undesirable oxidations.
Pineapple – is a tropical fruit belonging to the Bromeliaceae family that has about 2000 species of plants. Worldwide, pineapple is produced in more than 90 countries with tropical and subtropical climates, of which the Asian and South American continents are the main producers. Learn how to prepare your cold tea:
Put two tablespoons of tea in 1.5L of boiled water, let it cool and then put it in the fridge. If you want to add sugar to your tea, you should do so while it is hot. For a healthier option, add 1 tablespoon of stevia (do not steep it for longer than 3 minutes as your drink will be too sweet). This way, you get an ICE TEA without added sugars or artificial additives.
