Organic Genmaicha with Matcha

The Genmaicha consists of green tea Japanese Bancha with puffed rice and Matcha powder.

Ingredients: 97% of Japan Genmaicha Miyazaki and 3% of green tea matcha.

Origin: Japan

The properties of Green Tea: One of the substances in tea is theophylline, which helps dilate the bronchial tubes, thus improving the breathing of asthmatic patients. Also prevents the formation of stones in the gall bladder and the kidneys, in addition to normalizing the function of the thyroid gland, and regenerating the skin, lowering cholesterol levels, and helps maintain bone density.

It is an excellent ally in weight-loss, particularly the fat in your abdomen.

Fun fact: This is a type of tea that is mixed in with the rice-tufted in order to get a little bit of the bitterness that is naturally present in green tea. Genmaicha is not a type of tea, of course, but rather a blend of tea, Bancha or Sencha with the rice, tufted.

Water temperature: 70-80º

Infusion time: 2 to 3 minutes.

Recommended dosage: 1 to "teaspoons" per person. Approx. 2grs / coffee.
