Matcha tea is the type of tea used in the Japanese tea ritual and is obtained through a handcrafting process of green tea grinding with a stone mill spinning very slowly until it is reduced to powder. PREPARATION:

Add 1 scoop of “coffee” or 2 tablespoons of “chashaku” to 200ml of hot water.
