Matcha tea is the type of tea used in the Japanese tea ritual and is obtained through a handcrafting process of green tea grinding with a stone mill spinning very slowly until it is reduced to powder. Highly recognized as an excellent adjunct to weight loss regimens, it also has antioxidant properties, prevents cardiovascular problems, boosts the immune system and helps the body to defend itself against various pathologies.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Add 1 scoop of "coffee" or 2 tablespoons of "chashaku" to 200ml of hot water.
The water to prepare this tea should not be boiling, otherwise, the tea will be bitter.
Allow the water to cool to 75 ° before adding the matcha.
Stir vigorously until all the tea has dissolved.
To avoid the formation of small "grunts" you should move your matcha with a fork or using the "chasen" (bamboo brush, suitable for mixing matcha tea).
Matcha tea should be consumed soon after preparation to avoid bitter.
In slimming regimens, you should drink 1 cup of fasting and a cup 30 minutes before lunch and dinner.
Curiosities: Preparation of the Matcha Japanese Green Tea harvest begins once a year, 20 days before harvesting, in the high Japanese mountains. By this time, the leaves intended for the preparation of the "green jewel" are protected from direct sunlight, thus slowing their growth and increasing levels of chlorophyll and essential amino acids. For the production of this authentic preciousness, the best parts of each plant are chosen manually.
