The orange tree corresponds to a citrus fruit tree of medium height and round shape of the Rutaceae family. According to historical accounts, the first orange trees appeared more than 7000 years ago, probably in countries such as India, China, and Vietnam. It was around the 10th century that China began the first explorations of this tree for medicinal purposes. In tea consumption, it is customary to use orange blossoms, leaves, and peels to treat various pathologies, even in cooking. In addition, you can use orange peels as a natural repellent against slugs in green spaces with vegetation.

Orange leaves may promote pain relief, slow digestion, constipation, even as a decrease in fever. Due to their calming property, they can promote rest and body relaxation, thus combating insomnia and stress caused by constant nervousness. Being excellent allies in the balance of the nervous system. As for its diuretic property, orange leaves may contribute to the elimination of fluid retention and, at the same time, promote the body's deflation. Infusion time: 3 to 5 minutes.

Recommended quantity: 2 tablespoons, litter of water. It is recommended to consume 3 to 4 cups of tea daily between each main meal.

Gostei do facto de o envio não ter levado praticamente tempo nenhum. Em relação ao chá, vinha bastante bem embalado, só é um pouco difícil de beber sem açúcar mas faço um esforço para obter melhores resultados. Também adorei o facto de vir toda a informação no pacote do chá, as dosagens por litro e como fazer. Com certeza encomendarei mais em breve, muito obrigada
