Brewing Instructions:
- Water Temperature: 100ºC
- Infusion Time: 3–5 minutes

Preparation:
- Add 1 teaspoon of rosehip peels to boiled water in a container.
- Cover and let steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy your tea hot or cold.

Wild Rose Bark (Rosa canina)

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Wild Rose (5g)
- 1 teaspoon of Orange Peel (2g)
- 1 teaspoon of Rooibos(2g)
Preparation:
- Boil 300 ml of water.
- Add the wild rose, orange peel, and rooibos.
- Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
Flavour Balance: The orange peel enhances the fruity acidity, while rooibos adds smoothness and depth to the infusion.
