Blueberry Leaf Tea

Blueberry leaves are high in vitamins and rich in magnesium, calcium, iron, and phosphorus! Because they contain a high concentration of antioxidants, they are recommended in infusion for hypertensive people as a natural solution to reduce cholesterol.

Ingredients: 100% Blueberries in leaves and stems (Vaccinium myrtillus).

What is blueberry leaf tea used for?

Blueberry leaf tea is used to help treat urinary infections, stomach inflammations, and kidney stones. It also acts in the regulation of cholesterol, diabetes, and gout (excess uric acid in the blood).

Other indications: anaemia, rheumatism, and low immunity.

Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 3 to 5 minutes.

Recommended quantity: Approx. 1 to 2 teaspoons of blueberry (leaves and stems) per cup (240ml).

Dosage: Drink 2 to 3 cups a day, between meals.

How to prepare: place 1 to 2 teaspoons of blueberry (leaves and stalks) in a pan with boiled water. Then cover it and let it infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, strain and let cool slightly before drinking. For best results, a healthy lifestyle is recommended.

Store in a dry, cool, and dark place.
