Kava-kava Root Infusion (Piper methysticum Forst.)

Predominant Flavour: Earthy and peppery with mild bitterness

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Place the Kava-kava root in a pot with 300ml of cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Chamomile, Linden and Peppermint.
  4. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
  5. Strain and serve warm.
