Our coconut is 100% natural fruit, without added sugars, and we dehydrate at a maximum of 45 degrees Celsius, that is, there is no cooking. The texture of the fruit is very natural and the flavour very concentrated. Low-temperature dehydration allows the nutritional properties of the fruit to be preserved.
