Erva Baleeira Herbal Tea
Ingredients: 100% Cordia Verbenaceae from the Boraginaceae family.
Cordia Verbenaceae, known as baleeira or maria-milagrosa, is a native plant of the Atlantic Forest used by indigenous peoples on the coast and interior of Brazil. As main functions: healing, laxative, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and analgesic. There are other names given to this medicinal plant, such as Maria Rezadeira, Erva Preta, and/or Catinga Preta. In addition to being used as a home remedy to fight inflammation and external scars, the leaves of the whaling herb are used as a seasoning in the preparation of various meals. This alternative use to industrial seasoning is an excellent option for lovers of a healthy lifestyle and free from processed foods.
To enjoy the excellent properties of the whaling herb, it is recommended to use only the mature leaves in their natural or dry state. You must keep the leaves dry in places where there is no moisture. For muscle inflammation, it is a good idea to apply compresses previously soaked in whale tea as a natural anti-inflammatory treatment. Preparation: Put 2 tablespoons in a liter of boiled water and leave the container covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
