Powerful berries are a little slow to grind into a powder, for water based in a 24-hour soaked infusion.
But, not impossible to grind. Patience is a worthwhile trait I remind myself.
Been taking 1 big tsp/day + a good pinch of cinnamon powder to balance out my
65-year-old hormones that became a little skittish.
Powerful yes. Great effect noticed in 72 hours. I continue dosing for 3 months.
