What is Pai Mu Tan White Tea?
Pai Mu Tan White Tea is the least processed tea collected from Camellia sinensis. Compared to other teas, Pai Mu Tan is slightly oxidized which makes it low in theine. Nevertheless, it oxidizes very easily. That's why tea lovers recommend drinking it right after brewing or at the latest within the next 2 hours. Known for its floral aroma and sweet taste, Pai Mu Tan is indeed a very delicate gem. In the category of White Teas, Pai Mu Tan is the famous exclusive hand-picked tea. Water temperature: 70º to 80º.
Infusion time: 2 to 3 minutes.
Recommended quantity: 1 teaspoon per cup of water (240ml). Approx. 2 gr per person.
How to prepare White Tea Rose of the Orient: put 1 teaspoon of this formula in a teacup with boiled water. Cover and let it infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally, strain and let it cool down a little before drinking.
