Chocolate Pie Fruit Tea

Chocolate Pie Fruit Tea is inspired by the comforting temptation of a dessert fresh from the oven — where the scent of chocolate mingles with warm spicy notes and a soft, comforting fruity base. Hints of marzipan, gingerbread and quince jam add aromatic layers that evoke slow late afternoons and tables set with care. The result is a rich, cosy infusion with real presence.

Ingredients: Roasted apple pieces, cocoa husks, wild rose, mulberry leaves, sliced almonds, red cornflower petals, and flavourings of chocolate, marzipan, gingerbread and quince jam.

Curiosities & History

Roasted Apple - A Sweet Comfort Through Time - Apples have been part of human diets since Antiquity and, when roasted, they transform: the aroma deepens, the flavour becomes rounder, and the texture turns unmistakably comforting.

Cocoa - The Dark Gold of Ancient Civilisations - For centuries, cocoa was treasured by peoples of Central and South America not only for its taste, but also for the symbolism and richness it represented.

Wild Rose - The Untamed Elegance of Berries - Wild rose (known for its fruit, rosehip) grows spontaneously in many regions and is linked to traditional European uses. Its gently tangy, fruity touch brings brightness to the blend, balancing the sweetness of apple and the darker notes of cocoa.

  1. Place 15 g of tea in 1L of boiled water.
  2. Let it cool and refrigerate.
  3. If you wish to sweeten, add sugar while the tea is still hot.
  4. For a healthier option, use 1 teaspoon of stevia (do not steep for more than 3 minutes to avoid an overly sweet taste).
