In this Ayurvedic tea blend, we have given it a fresh interpretation: the delicate rooibos aroma is harmoniously accompanied by aromatic spices such as cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. One of its main ingredients:

Rooibos – To this day, the red bush – which is also called rooibos from the legume family that is cultivated exclusively in the cedar mountains of South Africa. Growing to a height of two metres, the plant is only harvested once every year. Its leaves are made into rooibos tea, which is the mild-fruity and slightly sweet tasting national beverage of South Africa.

Ingredients: rooibos, cinnamon, ginger, carob, roasted chicory, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon oil, ginger oil, cardamom oil, vanilla extract.

Brewing Suggestions:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water (100º) over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavour. Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste.

Yoga for Emotional Balance:

Sit cross-legged with spine straight. Rest the left hand on the left knee, with the tips of the thumb and index finger touching. Close the eyes and block the right nostril with the right thumb, leaving the rest of the fingers straight up. Inhale deeply through left nostril. When breath is full, extend right pinky over to block left nostril, then release thumb and exhale through right nostril. When breath is completely exhaled, repeat the cycle, inhaling through the left nostril only, exhaling through the right. Continue for 11 minutes. Take a few deep breaths and relax.
