Plantain Tea leaves
Ingredients: 100% Plantain in leaves (Plantago major).
It is popularly known as Tanchagem, Taiova, Tansagem, Orelha de Veado, Transagem, Tanchá or 7 Nerves.
It is a febrifugal plant, considered useful against diarrhea, for wound healing and to extract excess lymphatic fluid.
Plantain is effective in cases of urine retention, thanks to its diuretic effect.
It also acts as a bactericide on the respiratory tract, in cases of infections, destroying microorganisms and cleaning secretions.
Properties: The use of tea obtained from the leaves of "Plantago Major" is indicated for blood cleaning, stroke, infections, kidney pain, diarrhea, stomach and digestive pains, hemorrhages, worms, ulcers and fistulas, jaundice, tuberculosis, stomatitis , splenitis, pneumonia, hemophilia, strangulation, epilepsy, elephantiasis, dropsy, heart problems and thrombosis.
Other indications: Used as an anti-inflammatory, in the treatment of colds or colds, in cleaning the throat of smokers, bronchi and in eliminating phlegm.
Method of Preparation: Use 1 "dessert spoon" as a measure for 1 cup or 3 "tablespoons" for 1000ml and freshly boiled water. Let it sit for an infusion for 5 to 10 minutes.
Recommended dose: Drink at least 3 cups a day (morning, afternoon, night).
