Oolong Tea: How to enjoy it

Knowing how to brew oolong tea is essential to appreciate all its layers of flavour. Use water at 90 °C and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. It can be reinfused up to 3 times, with the flavour subtly evolving with each extraction. Ideal for mindful relaxation or to accompany light meals.
