How to Prepare Milky Oolong Tea
Water temperature: 85–90 °C
Infusion time: 2 to 4 minutes
Recommended quantity: 8 g per litre of water
Reinfusions: The leaves can be reinfused up to two times, revealing different flavour nuances in each cup.
Store in a cool place (max. 20 °C) and dry (max. 60% humidity).
