- Cover and let it steep for 10 minutes.

Water temperature: 90ºC to 100ºC
Steeping time: 8 to 10 minutes
Recommended amount: 1 teaspoon per 250 ml of water
Dosage: 1 to 3 cups per day, or as professionally advised.
