Vervain - this is a plant belonging to the Verbenaceae family. Traditionally used in medicine, vervain is known to be a plant rich in antioxidant, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, antispasmodic and antibacterial properties. Vervain is recommended for people who suffer from migraines, digestive disorders, rheumatism, and even renal and intestinal colic. Also, it is a natural soothing for the nervous system and helps treat cellulite. In general, it is recommended to relieve inflammation in the throat and airways.

Eucalyptus Leaves – in Australia, eucalyptus trees are important for all living beings in tropical forests, including koalas. The aroma of eucalyptus leaves is characteristic and unique and is recommended to treat respiratory inflammations. The use of eucalyptus leaves in teas due to its antiseptic property is beneficial for reducing the symptoms of flu, colds and urinary infections. Bean Pod – originating in Central America, the bean pod is a plant of the Fabaceae family, rich in antioxidant and stimulant properties. The difference between this bean is in the consumption of the pod together with the bean, unlike other beans.

Infusion time: 5 to 10 minutes.

Recommended quantity: It is advisable to take 1 litre of tisane per day. You can choose to consume one cup in the morning and another in the evening. The remainder can be drunk after meals.

Method of preparation: place 2 tablespoons in a litre (1L) of boiled water in a container. Cover it and let it rest for about 5 to 10 minutes. After this rest, strain the tisane, and it will be ready to consume, cold or hot.

Store in a cool (max. 20º) and dry place (max. 60% humidity).
